Nicolás Moya Chilcott has been a sailing enthusiast since he was a child and grew up in a family that loved the sea. He trained in cooking and catering at the prestigious South Hampton City College.

He began his professional career at the Port de Cala Nova restaurant, whose owner instilled in him the dream of working as a chef at sea.

After a tour of the most renowned kitchens in London, including the Alain Ducase Restaurant at the Dorchester Hotel with 3 Michelin stars, The Green house, Polard Society and The Gerkin, he finally set his career path towards yachting.

He is currently working at MY Palladium.
